1. Agreement to Terms

By using our services or accessing our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.

2. Services Provided

RelyNow Dunwoody Landscapers provides landscaping, lawn care, and related outdoor services. We will perform the services as described in your service agreement or estimate. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Service descriptions, prices, and availability are subject to change without notice.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. For recurring services, payment is due on the schedule outlined in your service agreement.

Late payments may be subject to a service charge. If payment is not received within 30 days of the invoice date, we reserve the right to suspend services until the account is current.

Estimates are valid for 30 days. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions encountered during service delivery.

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel scheduled services with at least 24 hours notice without penalty. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

For ongoing service contracts, either party may terminate the agreement with 14 days written notice. Any prepaid services will be refunded on a prorated basis.

5. Property Access and Safety

You agree to provide safe and unobstructed access to the areas where services will be performed. This includes ensuring gates are unlocked, pets are secured, and sprinkler systems are turned off during service.

You are responsible for marking any underground utilities, sprinkler heads, or other hidden hazards before we begin work. We are not liable for damage to unmarked items.

If access to the property is not available at the scheduled time, we may reschedule the service and charge a trip fee.

6. Limitation of Liability

We carry general liability insurance and take reasonable precautions to protect your property. However, we are not liable for damage caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, soil quality, pest infestations, or pre-existing plant diseases.

Our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for those services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Any claims must be reported in writing within 7 days of service completion.

7. Warranty and Guarantees

We guarantee our workmanship for 30 days from the date of service. If you are not satisfied with the quality of our work, contact us within this period and we will make it right at no additional charge.

This warranty does not cover plant material, which is subject to factors beyond our control. Separate warranties may apply to specific installations as outlined in your service agreement.

8. Weather-Related Delays

We reserve the right to reschedule services due to inclement weather or unsafe working conditions. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any schedule changes and will reschedule at the earliest opportunity.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
